What is Moogfest?

Since 2004, Moogfest has been a gathering for the musicians that worked closely with Bob and his instruments. In 2014, Moogfest is amplifying its vision and becoming a 5-Day event dedicated to the synthesis of technology, art and music. Moogfest honors the inventiveness of Bob Moog and the legacy of the analog synth with an experimental line up of daytime conference programming and landmark nightly performances. Moogfest takes place April 23-27th, 2014 in downtown Asheville, NC.

What are the options when buying tickets?

5 day weekend general admission VIP packages are available online now. Physical tickets are for sale on the Moogfest website, Ticket Master, and the U.S. Cellular Center Box Office.

2014 Wristband Policy

All festival attendees, general admission, VIP or otherwise, are required at all times to wear their appropriate wristband, issued by the festival. Those failing to do so, or those failing to wear the wristband in the appropriate manner, will be denied entry to any of the festival venues. Safeguard your wristband, as the festival cannot issue a new one to you, under any circumstances.

2014 Wristband FAQ

I have a paper ticket, how do I receive my wristband?

If you received a paper ticket, or opted to print your ticket at home, you will be able to redeem it for a Moogfest wristband at the US Cellular Center box office located at 87 Haywood St., Asheville, NC 28801. The box office will be able to issue wristbands from 12pm-10pm, starting Tuesday April 22nd and continuing throughout the event.

I chose to pick up my ticket at will call. Where is that located?

Will call wristbands can be received at the US Cellular Center box office located at 87 Haywood St., Asheville, NC 28801. The box office will be able to issue wristbands from 12pm-10pm, starting Tuesday April 22nd and continuing throughout the event.

I don't have a print at home/paper ticket and I have yet to receive my wristband in the mail. What should I do?

If your wristband does not arrive in the mail by the time of your departure for Moogfest, please bring the proof of purchase and confirmation number from your original Ticketmaster order to the US Cellular Center box office. A Ticketmaster representative will pull up your order, deactivate the RFID chip associated with the wristband that did not reach you in time, and issue you a new wristband immediately.

FYI: Moogfest shows take place in venues with limited capacity. VIPs receive priority entrance. Please arrive early for shows you are interested in.
