VIP

Weekend VIP Festival Pass – $349.50 plus applicable service fees - SOLD OUT!

 

Each VIP pass includes:

• Priority check-in
• Priority access to all venues*
• Exclusive entrance to Asheville Civic Center
• Exclusive viewing areas in Asheville Civic Center and Thomas Wolfe Auditorium
• Exclusive lounge in Asheville Civic Center
• One-year membership and access to PULP private club under The Orange Peel (ages 21 and up only)
• Exclusive party on Saturday (10/30/10)
• Commemorative moogfest 2010 merchandise package
• Moog Music factory tour**

 

*VIPs will be given priority access to all moogfest 2010 venues, subject to capacity. Entry is not guaranteed and will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

**Moog Music factory tours must be taken during normal Moog Music factory business hours, but is valid for up to one year from the dates of the festival.

PASS & TICKET INFO

There are three ways to buy passes and tickets to moogfest 2010:

1. Online at Ticketmaster
2. By phone at 1-800-745-3000 (Ticketmaster)
3. In-person at the Asheville Civic Center box office Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM eastern

Each festival goer will be required to exchange his or her pass/ticket for a festival credential upon arriving at the event. Detailed information regarding festival check-in will be e-mailed directly to customers closer to the festival dates. Please make sure to include a valid e-mail address with your order.

 

Patrons of all ages are welcome. Passes/tickets will be required for patrons of age 2 and older.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All sales are final.
• All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at moogfest 2010, however acts and performance times are subject to change without notice.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• Passes or tickets lost or stolen will not be replaced.
• There is a limit of (10) general admission and (4) VIP passes or tickets per order.
• Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the pass or ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venues, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
• Persons entering the venues are subject to search for contraband, unauthorized merchandise, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, cameras, video equipment, or recording devices, which are expressly forbidden. Any persons found attempting to enter the venues with forbidden item(s) will be refused access, or, at venue’s discretion, allowed to give up the forbidden item(s). Confiscated items will be destroyed or given away at venue’s discretion.
• Pass or ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the event.
• The resale or attempted resale of passes or tickets at a price higher than that appearing on the face of the pass or ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund.
• The sale of unauthorized merchandise is not permitted. Purchaser agrees he/she may be ejected from the event if found selling unauthorized merchandise.
• Passes or tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of moogfest 2010.
• Pass or ticket user consents to moogfest and its affiliates’ use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.
