You could win a VIP Package to Moogfest 2011! To enter, send us your best Filtatron preset between 5:00pm EST October 27, 2010 and 5:00pm EST November 5, 2010 November 12, 2010. (We've had such a tremendous response that we've extended the deadline!)

 

 

It’s easy:

 

1. Start tweaking an existing preset or use the sampler and/or built-in oscillator (VCO) to craft a sound from scratch.

 

2. Use the controls, FX, sampler and oscillator to tweak it.

 

3. When you have the perfect sound, go to the presets page and press MENU.

 

4. Press SAVE AS, name your preset & press SAVE.

 

5. Tap on your newly saved preset on the list of presets.

 

6. Tap MENU, then tap EMAIL.

 

7. Type moogfest@moogmusic.com in the TO field and press SEND.

 

The entries will be judged by Moogfest performer Two Fresh!

 

Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. A MOOGFEST VERSION OF THE FILTATRON IS AVAILABLE FOR FREE ON THE MOOGFEST 2010 APP AND CAN BE FOUND IN THE APPLE ITUNES STORE.

 

All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted.

 

1. Entering Contest and Choosing and Contacting Winners

 

Entrants must send entries using the correct contest entry email address, subject line, and any other specific entry information requested in the contest announcement. Moog Music, Inc, Moogfest 2010 and A.C. Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, or emails sent but not received by Moog Music, Inc. for any reason, as potential contest winners.

 

Winner of contest will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the announcement of the winner email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Moog Music, Inc. will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the announcement of the winner email.

 

Only one entry per email address used to send the email will be considered for contest entry. Unless otherwise specified in an individual contest post, no person may enter any contest more than once using multiple email addresses.

 

Moog Music, Inc. will be the judge of the entries and select one contest winner. Winner’s acceptance is required via an email response to Moog Music, Inc. from the winner’s sender email address within 48 hours of being notified at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize and another entry will be chosen as the winner. A.C. Entertainment, Inc. will send winner an email to the winner’s provided email address on how to obtain the VIP Moogfest 2010 Travel Package. A.C. Entertainment Inc. is not required to award elsewhere any prizes.

 

2. Submission of photo, text or other content for Contests

 

By submitting any audio, photo, video, or information to Moog Music, Inc., you hereby grant to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted audio, photo, video or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the rights granted to Moog Music, Inc. and A.C.

 

Entertainment, Inc. includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted audio, photo or video;

 

By submitting any audio, photo, video or information to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc., you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted audio, photo, video or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances;

 

You acknowledge and agree that Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any audio, photo, video or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any audio, video, photo or information that you submit to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc.;

 

You understand and intend that any audio, photo, video or information submitted by you to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any audio, photo, video or information you submit to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc.. By submitting any audio, photo, video or information to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc., you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such audio, photo, video or information submitted by you to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc..

 

You hereby agree to hold Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on any Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. site, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any audio, photo, video or information submitted to Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. by you;

 

You hereby agree to hold Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with or production of your entry during the contest at any time.

 

Neither Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc., Moogfest 2010 sponsors, nor employees of Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. or Moogfest 2010 sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result creating an entry for the Filtatron Contest. Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest entry by Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc..

 

Audio, photos, video or information submitted by you to the Site shall be the property of Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc., and Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any audio, photos, videos or information so submitted.

 

3. Awarding Prizes

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. All winners are required to verify proper and legal picture identification and Social Security number within 30 days of notification of winning the prize. Winner may forfeit any and all winnings if verification cannot or has not been made within 30 days. Upon proper verification, winnings will be award via email notification or on-site.

Winner must supply Moog Music, Inc. and A.C. Entertainment, In with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.

 

Winner may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.

 

Neither Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc., Moogfest 2010 sponsors, nor employees of Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. or Moogfest 2010 sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc.

 

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

 

Management, employees and families of Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc. are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Moog Music, Inc., A.C. Entertainment, Inc.
